Is there a rendering program for Mac OS X that does not have so much high system requirement? I use a Macbook Pro Retina 2017 Touchbar, I5, 3,1Ghz. Calcbot 1 0. I don’t need to have a perfect photorealistic picture, I just need a normal (nice) rendered image, that my macbook can run it. I tried V-Ray, but my machine got so hot during the rendering, that I thought it would explode.:”D.

3d Rendering Macbook Pro Software
Hey all! New to the forum, so sorry for the noob question, but I've begun doing some research on a new laptop, and the Macbook Pro is one of the notebooks I'm considering. I'm currently a PC user, but am seriously considering the new 15' 2009 MBP.
My question is, has anyone had any experience using 3D modeling software with the MBP? How does it run? Is it laggy at all? How about for rendering software? The current software I use is:
Alias StudioTools 2009
Rhino 4.0
Alias Showcase 2009
Maya
StrataPro
Vray
Bunkspeed Hypershot[/B]
I know, for starters, most of these programs are currently Windows-only, and that I'll have to bootcamp in Windows mode, but as this is purely a hardware question, I am not concerned so much with OS issues. Does anyone have experience using these programs on a MBP? How do they run? Problems/Issues/Criticisms? Thanks for all your input!
